Strefa Naturalni · company accounts and reservations

Strefa Naturalni Terms and Conditions

The service is also available at naturalzone.pl as the English and Italian version of Strefa Naturalni. Both domains are operated by the same entity and share company accounts, reservations and settlement records.

Version dated 5 November 2026 · company accounts, directory and exhibition space reservations. English translation; the language of contracts is Polish, as specified in section 9.

1. Organiser and contact

The website strefanaturalni.pl is operated by Aleksander Pitura, trading as DGL Aleksander Pitura, ul. Warszawska 15/1, 59-900 Zgorzelec, Poland, NIP 6151838313, REGON 231088065, entered in CEIDG. For enquiries, complaints, cancellations and personal data matters, contact contact@mygelato.eu or +48 501 320 023. The correspondence address is the business address. It is not the exhibition venue address.

2. Website scope and current stage

Strefa Naturalni presents producers who follow an artisan philosophy and transparent ingredient practices, and organises their participation in events. “Clean label” describes the project’s principles; it is not a certification awarded by this website.

A company dashboard operates on the main domain. Accounts and applications to the directory are currently free. A paid space order requires an individual quote, saved buyer details and use of the “Place order with obligation to pay” button. Creating an account, making an enquiry or selecting space does not itself conclude a paid contract.

The separately labelled test environment is available at test.strefanaturalni.pl. Demonstration quotes and reservations are not orders for actual stands and must not be used as a basis for payment. Production payments and SMS delivery remain disabled on the test website.

3. Service, scope and price

The next edition is Expo Sweet 2027, 21–24 February 2027, Centrum EXPO XXI, ul. Prądzyńskiego 12/14, Warsaw. Strefa Naturalni is in hall 4. The exact location, scope and installation conditions are confirmed in the offer.

The service consists of making agreed exhibition space available within Strefa Naturalni during a specified event. The net price per m² is agreed individually and may differ between offers. There is no single public package or fixed stand price.

Before concluding a contract, the company receives an individual offer specifying the event name, dates and venue, stand location, floor area, net rate per m², net value, VAT at 23% and the tax amount, final gross price in PLN, and equipment and delivery scope. Construction, electricity, water, signage and other extras are separate items when ordered. They are not included automatically in the floor area price.

Example floor areas explain the booking method and do not determine the amount payable. The final total is shown before acceptance and payment. We do not automatically charge additional fees that the company has not accepted. Accommodation, parking and travel are excluded unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

4. Reservation and contract process

  1. The company selects available modules or agrees a location with the organiser. This is a preliminary reservation, without accepting an as-yet-unknown price.
  2. The organiser checks the application, allocation and participation scope, and provides an individual quote. Location changes must be agreed.
  3. An authorised company representative checks the scope, final price and conditions. A correction may be requested before acceptance. We do not change an accepted quote unilaterally.
  4. An order is placed using “Place order with obligation to pay” after accepting the terms and quote. The system records buyer details, quote content and the terms version, then provides a payment link. The exact full-payment deadline is displayed in the dashboard: 4 days from provision of the accepted quote and payment link. Saving the link again does not extend that deadline.
  5. If full payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the unpaid reservation expires. The space is released to other companies and the previous company cannot reserve it again for the next 2 days. It may subsequently make a new reservation if the space remains available.
  6. Once the conditions are met, the organiser confirms allocation and fulfilment. The order confirmation and accepted terms are available in the dashboard as a downloadable file for retention. Work relating to the agreed stand is carried out within the times specified in the accepted offer, before participation begins.

Before ordering, you can correct buyer details or ask the organiser to amend the quote. After ordering, the content and buyer details are retained as a separate record. The accepted offer defines delivery scope and timing. Returning from the payment gateway does not itself confirm payment.

5. Payments and invoices

The settlement currency is PLN. The full accepted amount is payable, without automatic instalments. Online payments are handled by Paynow / mElements S.A. An actual payment link is provided only for an accepted order in the company dashboard on the main domain.

Only methods displayed by the operator for the transaction are available. Online payment amounts range from PLN 300 to PLN 10,000 gross. Authentication details are provided to the operator and bank, not the organiser. Returning from the gateway does not confirm payment; we verify its status. If the result is uncertain, contact the organiser before paying again.

We issue an invoice only after full actual payment has been confirmed, in accordance with applicable rules. Provide buyer details and NIP before purchasing for a business. A test document is not an invoice. Confirmations and documents are supplied electronically at no additional charge. We do not ship goods by courier.

A payment received after reservation expiry requires clarification. We do not automatically take the space away from another company; we agree alternative availability or a refund for the unfulfilled service.

6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

We do not restrict the rights of consumers or sole traders entitled to consumer protection in the particular case. Where the law grants a right to withdraw from a distance contract, the period is 14 days from conclusion. In addition, following the Zjazd Lodziarzy approach, such buyers may cancel an unused service within 14 days of payment, including before final confirmation of participation. Merely providing a document or dashboard does not mean rights have been lost.

If performance is to start before the withdrawal period expires, the appropriate request and information are agreed separately; general acceptance of these terms does not replace them. We do not automatically exclude a statutory withdrawal right merely because the service relates to a trade fair. Rights of business buyers not covered by consumer protection follow the individual offer and applicable law.

Send your statement to contact@mygelato.eu or the business address. Provide enough information to identify the reservation and cancellation scope. No mandatory form is required. Example: “I withdraw from the contract concerning reservation …, concluded on … . Buyer details, reply address, date; signature for a written statement.”

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of an effective statement, using the same payment method; for activated card payments, to the account linked to the card used. Another method requires the buyer’s agreement and must not incur a cost to the buyer. No refund handling fee is charged.

If a paid allocation cannot be provided or an event is cancelled, the amount for the unfulfilled service is refunded within 14 days of refusal or cancellation, without an additional request. A significant change of dates, venue or scope is presented to the company; it may reject the change and receive a refund for the unfulfilled part. Statutory claims are not restricted.

7. Complaints

Send complaints about the website, reservation, payment, document or service to contact@mygelato.eu or the organiser’s address. Describe the problem, requested solution and details identifying the reservation. Not having a reservation number does not remove the right to complain. We respond within 14 days of receipt by email or another durable medium, retaining the effects required by law. The response period does not shorten the time available to pursue claims.

Consumers may seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman and consult UOKiK information on out-of-court dispute resolution. Participation follows the relevant procedure and applicable law. We do not impose exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the organiser’s registered location.

8. Directory, accounts and notifications

The producer directory is being developed. Profile publication requires review by the organiser and rights to the descriptions, photos and logo. Future paid directory packages will require a separate offer and acceptance. No subscription fee is currently charged.

An SMS availability alert is not a reservation, priority queue or guarantee that space remains available when the message is read. Delivery requires an active service and a separate request for the selected space; it does not constitute marketing consent. The current public website does not collect such subscriptions, and the test environment does not send these messages.

9. Electronic services and final provisions

Browsing information is a free electronic service that starts when you visit and ends when you leave. Internet access and a browser supporting HTTPS are required. Public information and documents do not require an account. Unlawful content, impersonation and interference with the service are prohibited. Complaints about electronic services follow section 7.

You can save or print documents free of charge. The language of contracts is Polish. Changes to conditions do not retroactively change accepted prices and rights. Each order is governed by the version of the terms provided and accepted offer, subject to mandatory applicable law. Data information is set out in the privacy policy.
